Welcome all the leaders of #suratithub.  

First of all, I would like to acknowledge all the volunteers of Digital Valley Momentum. I would like to appreciate every minute you spent, every effort you put and the tiny energy you have given to this movement.  

I here especially wold like ot mention al the Developers too. કેટલા લોકો નો પરસેવો પડયો હોય ત્યારે કૈક નિર્માણ થતુ હોય છે. આપના કેટલા કર્મચારીઓ ની દિવસ રાત ની મહેનત થી આજે આપને અહિયા બેથા છિયે. Thanks to દરેક વિકાસકર્તાઓ,  who makes us #suratithub.

I would like to remember Dr. Rakesh Doshi, first, he said that let’s “bring Silicon Valley to Surat”. Then after 2 to 3 years Ganpat came to me and asked why Silicon Valley. Let’s make it Digital Valley. Then whenever we met he continuously used the word “ digital valley” and today it has become true. So special clap for Ganpat Dhameliya. and this points of I will never forget the team who started this 10 years are Punit Gajera, Chitrag Shah, Nachiket Patel, Jitesh Kapadiya, Sanjay Dabhoya, Ashish Narola and Amar Panchal.

When Anand Deshpande came to Surat and I informed him about our shared vision of making Surat IT hub, he was also touched by our team efforts so everyone is with us at this moment. 

Ganpan took a challenge and everybody joined his mission is transformation. It took everything. You all gave your honest efforts.I am glad to share one thing this moment was accelerated, driven, and led by all the integrity practitioners. so the foundation is strong and it will create a big impact in the long term with authenticity. especially Romit Gabani and others who have put 30 days of effort into making this event grand.

I acknowledge, Ganpat Dhameliya, Romit Gabani, Kalpesh Kotadiya, Mehul Akbari, Sanjay Jayani, Manish Narola, Kishan Shingala, Mitul Sonani, Jigar Vaghasiya, Viresh Bhikadiya, Purvin Jayani, tushar kheni, paresh lathiya, Dharmesh Vaghani, Mitul Golakiya, Raju Bhalani, Chirag Kheni, Manish Kapadiya, MILAN BHINGRADIYA, Nikunj Balar, Akash Vastarpara Dhaval Chauhan Mahendra Paladiya Sabhadiya Nitin Dixit Bhadani Nevil Vaghasiya Rakesh Nakrani Kataria Ramesh Vipul Dudhat

Now we have a new name and I believe that “ શબ્દ બ્રહ્મ છે”. word is a form of God so if you think, believe, and take action toward it, it can be manifested. We know swami Vivekanand was not famous when he was Narendra. There are many examples we can get if we go to the past but we don’t want to dig the past. Today we are here to create a future. And this day will become history.

I Appreciate all the great leaders who shared their thoughts on today’s events like Vishal Rajpara @Pratik Patel and Sandeepsingh Sisodiya; sector luminaries Lavji Badshah, @Mahesh Ramani, and Dr. Dhirajlal Kotadia; as well as esteemed social workers and government officials Kanjibhai Bhalala, @Nanubhai Vanani, @Dr. Kishorsinh Chavda, @Shalini Aggrawal – Surat Municipal Corporation, DINESH NAVADIYA, and @Daxesh Mavani @mayor Surat Smartcity – their insights and support have been instrumental. especially like Dhirajlal’s words that focus on training your people to grow.

Friends, now let me continue their sharing which will make us a digital valley in the real sense. We have to now think about what is next. 

There is no meaning in a name without context. Every name has meaning in context and actions. It depends on How you live this name. I came across many Laxmiben who want loan and many Dhanjibhai who have debt. Its all about how you take it. So now its time to work on mindset to make it real through our quality delivery and solving great problems for the good. It’s time to attract the right talent in Surat, and start hiring from IITs and IIM’s to take on challenging tasks. It’s now time to get high-rate projects to scale up. 

Remember – “આપની જવાબદારી વધી છે”

Also think on this , શુ વિકાસ માપી શકાય છે?

Its now my heartily wish that Surat should focus on some of the points 

1. rather than focusing on how many assignments we got, lets focus on how many problems have we solved where the world is stuck. 
2. rather than focusing on How much revenue I have generated, let’s focus on how many challenging tasks we have completed which is not possible by the world.

It’s now time to think that what’s the gap between Silicon Valley and Digital Valley.

Let’s see, how many talented brains silicon valley has hired?

Why investors are attracted by Silicon Valley?

If we take these kinds of challenges then definitely we will become a digital valley in 2030 in a real sense.

Some asked me that Kem chho chetan, Shu chale chhe?

My answer was Sadhana chale chhe. Till date, I have been coaching discipline, integrity and FInDA to grow the company. But I have started focusing on getting high-rate clients by solving bigger problems. My sadhana is all about working on SinDA and HinDA to make #suratIThub. 

SinDA is all about getting customers to buy and HinDA is all about understating the importance of Human intelligence in the time of AI. 

So now it is time to work on 

1. Human intelligence by understanding the basic principle of wisdom.
2. Create company a vibrant brand to get customers to buy. 
3. Make a talent pull to attract the world to do business with us. 
4. Solving problems where the world is stuck to make this world better.
