Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours/1 day notice. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and offer the slot to other clients.
- If you cancel a session with less than the required notice, a missed session fee may apply.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be considered for coaching services if a request is made within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- To request a refund, please contact us at sales@chetanpatel.world. We will review your request and respond within 5 working business days.
- Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method and may take 5 working days to process.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will only be provided for coaching sessions that have not yet taken place.
- Once a coaching session has been conducted, it is considered completed, and no refunds will be issued for that session.
- Refunds will not be provided for missed session fees resulting from late cancellations.
Exceptions:
- In certain circumstances, such as technical issues preventing a coaching session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule the session or provide an alternative remedy.
- If there are exceptional reasons for requesting a refund beyond the 10-day window, please contact us to discuss your situation.
Change to Sessions:
- We understand that unexpected events may occur. If we need to reschedule a coaching session, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates and times.
