You haven’t achieved your goals in 2023?

Read Carefully: Now focus on this quarter to achieve last year’s targets but now it’s time to see next year’s goals too so don’t create any meaning or guilt, you need to introspect your mistakes and take the initiative to not repeat the same. forget the past and accept failures.

it’s not just your problem, many people haven’t achieved the goal, Okay…I can understand your world as I have also not achieved my target this year and still, I have hope for the last quarter Q4 till 31 March 24 for this financial year. I am following #nayaranmurty‘s advice 70 hours a week and also creating balance, keeping myself focused, and generating desired results.

don’t wait for any motivator, nobody can motivate you, only results can motivate us

now tell yourself boldly and loudly

I am achiever, determined, and disciplined ( Very Loudly)

I am a player, I enjoy games so Let me play them again

I am not a failure my actions are failed ( here you need to work a lot , if you can do it alone and you can take my support to find missing in your actions)

I achieved many goals last year and I have personally experienced the power of goal setting.

Now start Goal setting for the YEAR 2024.

Start creating from the future.

Be specific, and real, and create a timeline.

Be bold enough to set new goals without any social fears.

Don’t be reasonable and Don’t give up.

Build the team and create accountability partners to review periodically

and……

Remember, without integrity, nothing works so be disciplined and consistent

write the goal, and declare it to the team.
