Hey Readers,

I am writing this for my happiness and your transformation.

I am writing this for the first time as a public journal, so consider it your way.

Leader’s Integrity program was organised at Rajkot to meet the Rajkot Community and develop new relationships with them. (LIP is a destination program that happens at different locations to explore.)

Its title was Kurm derived from Vishnu’s second avatar, we have connected it with the evolution of leadership ( I am writing a book on it too!) here my view behind the kurm was to give access to all the participants to get a breakthrough on developing additional one skill apart of their first skill they are leveraging as an entrepreneur. Matsya has one skill to live in water but Kurm has two skills, living in water and earth both.

every LIP has CONTEXT so this LIP has FREEDOM as context, we lead LIP from freedom, all the staff, participants and people around us have freedom to be and Freedom to act. we had structure , processes and SOPs to follow. we all were from different locations and different belief , different business sizes and view for life though all get connected with one context FREEDOM.

in the Experice room, all our weaknesses like laziness, unclarity, fear of public speaking anxiety, Procrastination, no Execution, Time management, Self-doubt, slow in work, Short term reactive, OCD, guilt and unplanned views were transformed into Vision, Hopes, dreams and reality, confidence, clarity, structure and disciplined. within three days of active listening, observation and communication opened up new doors for opportunities. we get presents to our blind spots and got many breakthroughs.

Now wea ready with one page blue print to work for a year, we are ready to present our pitch deck to enrol the world, we are ready to lead life with JOY and Happiness.

We had got a chance to hear from leaders;  Piyush kansudra , CEO of Qtonz pvt. ltd. shared his experience on building culture and Debadi roy, CEO of DoyenHub gave glimpses of Networking, Punit gajera, CEO of Visiterz explained how to write problem statement Bhautik Kumar, CEO of Integrity world focus lights on communication and branding tools and Dr Rakhesh Doshi share his views on financial freedom.

I acknowledge all the participants for their commitment and unstoppable work to achieve their targets.I acknowledge Jay vora for providing the best place Phoenix Resort at Rajkot (a must-visit property ).

I acknowledge Dimple for her production efforts, Sumit Dangasiya for his Support in creating space and las but not least our Controller Bhautik Kumar for his listening, Observation and contribution in making this game WIN for all.
