1. Analysing:- you to understand that you and your mind is a two different thing. You have to think that you and your mind are different parts. You are not your mind. Don’t operate from moods and feelings.
2. Reclaiming your attention :- Every day you have to leave social media messaging / television / news paper etc for at least for an hour and give that attention to yourself.
3. Retraining your concentration: – Everyday in morning at least for 10 minutes do meditation pay attention to your breath in and out activity. By doing this we can read train our mind to train for what we want to think.
4. Imagination:- imagination is a very powerful tool. We should spend some time on imagine the things we want in life with accurate process how we can achieve it with detailed. Study has proven that if we imaging things we want with step how we achieve it will provide as fast result.
5. Reprogramming :- we should follow the proper step of how we should achieve target.
1. First we have to concentrate and do deep thinking.
2. Creator ruff prototype or process how to achieve it.
3. Final tentative plan how we should achieve it.
4. Take an action to convert the thinking into reality.
6. Positivity:- Train your mind for positive inputs and therefore it is very much necessary that we should read a good book.
