We all know that wake up in the morning and follow the morning routine / habit will help us to win our day. If we follow the evening routine and habits that will help us to win next day. So what we do in evening 2 hours before sleep that will decide our next day. These are the 7 habits, if we follow it will help us to win next day.
1). Get away from your electronic device and work minimum one hour before you go to sleep :- Many of us has a habit to use our electronic device till the last moment we go to sleep or do work before you go to sleep. This will keep your mind busy and will not give us the relaxation which we need in a night time. This will affect our sleeping quality so we should avoid work or electronic gadgets at least one hour before I go to sleep.
2). Get your meal 2 to 4 hours before you go to sleep:- our digestive system need minimum 2 hour to process our meal in our body. So we should plan our meal at least 2 hour before we go to sleep. It will help us to process meal what we have and avoid gathering fat into our body and feel us more active in day time. Also processing food need body energy and during the process if you go to sleep it will effect your sleeping quality.
3). Take bath and feel very relaxed :- Taking a bath will help you to feel more relax. When you have a bath you feel relax and help you mine to setup for sleeping.
4). Do meditation/ affirmation OR breathing exercise few minutes before you go to sleep :- Doing meditation and breathing exercise help you to give relaxation to your mind. Affirmation is a very powerful tool and if you do a affirmation before you go to sleep, help you to get full advantage of your subconscious mind. So plan small meditation affirmation OR breathing exercise before you go to sleep.
5).Write down tomorrow plan and analysis today’s plan:- If we analysis our today’s goal or plan it will help us to win confidence and we should also write down over tomorrow’s to plan/task that will help us to manage our next day. Make sure your task list / plan sheet is real and achievable.
6). Read a self help / self improvement book before you go to sleep :- Reading is a best habit and if you read self help book/ self improvement book that will help you to give a very good information to your mind. Your mind can process this information for rest of the night which will help you to make the person you want or improvement that you want to see in yourself.
7). Set alarm but try to wake up by yourself:-
Set the alarm for yourself to be wake up early in the morning but try to wake up by yourself that will help you to have a self confidence wake up on time to follow your morning routine.
