Dear Leader,

Welcome to 2021 Challenge, I wish you will accept it!

I hope you will practice the following 5 life-changing habits for the 21/90 days of the new year until they become your Standard Operating Procedure.

Oh—you CAN do these! You are stronger than you know and more brilliant than you can imagine. Do not allow false beliefs /filter to stop your growth. You are so much more than these. I HAVE FAITH ON YOUR LEADERSHIP

Ok. The 5 habits:

#1. Don’t Gossip. remember great people discuss ideas and you are great. always see the good in others and adapt it for your life though they have many bad. don’t think negative about them. ( I hope you can recall my dialogue ” what you resist it persist “). Be present, Transformation begins with tiny triumphs, never wholesale change.

#2. Given is credited and taken is debited. we meet everybody in life as per the law of karma so always keep eyes on your context, context is always decisive. your employees are working hard for your growth. they are your asset so celebrate each and every success with them.

#3. Keep a night journal. Before you sleep, each evening of 2021, record what you learned from the day, what you’ll improve tomorrow and where you are winning. when you will introspect your self you will become powerful day by day.

#4. Join surat book worm club. It’s remarkable how many people are unprepared. They lead meetings with little advance knowledge, deal with customers with minimal expertise and have little sense of visionary actions. In 2021, read, write, strategize and reflect for at least 60 minutes a day. and be present in SBC every month during book review for breakthrough results.

#5. Join Earlybird Club. waking up early at 5 AM will boost your confidence. Daily mediation will keep you focused and knowledge sharing sessions will broaden your thoughts. All I know is that when I work out with a structure, I push harder for fitness, family and financial goals.

Okay, That’s it. 5 super-valuable habits to encode starting new year. Remember: what makes genius isn’t genetics but very good habits. Make your excellent.
