Things we can do to retain clients and acquire more clients.
1. The Indian Way: Build empathy before you start selling. It’s the Indian Way of doing the business and it’s more effective now. Don’t jump on the sales talk, start with social interaction.
2. Optimize sales: Streamline sales efforts, make it easy for the buyer to buy from you. What to sell and whom to sell it is 2/3rd of the story, it gets completed by “HOW” to sell.
3. Retain: Retain as many clients as possible. As we know acquiring new client is 7 times more expensive then retaining the current client.
4. Co-opetition: Work on cooperating on projects and products with clients and competitors.
5. Work more: Not only technical team, sales team should also work more in the current scenario.
6. Value proposition: You can pick any one of the following:
