In Chapter 15, Lord Shree Krishna says, we nourish ourselves from both inside and outside. The inside nourishment happens by Atma. The outside happens by Kam, Krodh, and Moha.

Once you become an excellent or supreme personality then you can get the supreme divine personality the God.

Now you need to think about why you want to become an excellent person.

1. For your inner joy and happiness?

2. For getting a better version of yourself?

3. For producing better results by becoming excellent in whatever you do?

The question is, “Why you want to become an excellent person”?
