Heading: How to scale your business
What is the scalability in business. In general, scalability is something like life of its own. Your business should grow with or without you exponentially. And exponentially does not mean going from 100 to 120, 130, 150 , exponentially means should be 100, 200, 450, 1000.
One has to work into the business with on the business. Working in the business means working on day to day business activities like working on sales customer, customer support, your product, making the better service is making it better and better. Initially it should be 90% job to work in the business and 10% on business means working on scalability of business. Think what I should do to automize my business.
The myth is you need to have the best product to win the market but it’s not always true. So you didn’t you don’t need best product but you need best system who will win market. Your business should not the person dependent but rather than system dependent. And only system will not work you also need a driver who can drive the system. Driver is a leader who can see the future you know how to deal with employee customers your business partners and how the strategy should work. Only system will not work I need to have a good person who can drive it properly.
5 steps to scaling your business.
1). Thinking Big :- You have to think really big if you want to scale your business. Think big continuously.
2). Don’t celebrate too much:- people sometime achieve a small goal and started celebrating, celebrating is not wrong but it me divert you from your bigger goal.
3). In & on :- you have two smartly working into the business and on the business. You should be smart enough to understand when you have to work in the business and what is the right time to work on the business to make it more scalable.
4). Thinking optimal solution.:- One has to be thinking in advance about the pain they have and solution they will have. Prepare yourself for the best possible solution for future problem.
5). Leverage :- This one is a art. You should know your limitation and you hire or partner with guy who has a opposite strength and you. You find right person for right thing to scale of your business. You don’t know everything, you make a partner for vendor that work on their strength can you work on your strength.
