Self-Relationship

Improving relationships with self is a process of transformation by which we can improve our self and for that we have to work on our time, goals, challenges, character, and belief. We can do it by below factors

1) Not change our live as per the opinion of others.

2) Allow our self to be seen truly who you are.

3) Self-Acceptance: A lack of self-acceptance and self-love turns up the volume on our negative thoughts. We start to have internal conversations with ourselves about how we can change to fit in or become stronger or more beautiful. The problem with this is, it moves us further away from what we really want, what we believe in, and what we value in life. And that’s when we become stuck, unhappy, and doing things we don’t want to do.

4) Prioritize basic self-care. Sleep, nutrition, activity, rest, recreation, and mental habits are the foundations of sustainable self-care. 

5) Be easy: These means be easy-going, don’t take everything so seriously. Stop playing victim of your life! Don’t look so deeply into everything, let it be. Bless what happened and affirm that you will only allow it to grow and expand you.
