In verse 13th of Chapter 9 of Shreemad Bhagavad Gita, Lord Shree Krishna mentioned about “Mahatma”.

Mahatma shows the direction and highlights, “Do this?” instead of saying “Don’t do this”.

As a leader, we say lots of time to our team members that Don’t do this, Don’t do that. But we rarely focus on explaining What to do or say Do this and show him direction. They use positive and creative words instead of negative words.

Great leaders set direction and help themselves and others to do the right thing to move forward.
