Develop Good Habits in 30 days divided into 3 phase
The first phase (1 – 10 days)-
Very uncomfortable and feel like quitting, a lot of excuses and your body and mind don’t really support you. 95% people fail here But to leave better like do not quite here go-ahead.
Phase 2 (11 to 20 days) – uncomfortable in this phase you will feel uncomfortable but not like page 1 keep going you are on the right track.
Phase 3 (21 to 30 days) – now you have become unstoppable you have completed more than 21 days and the subconscious mind now will help you to continue this habit.
To leave bad habit break the pattern.
