It’s very important that our employees feel safe while talking with us & share their ideas, thoughts, or even their problems. The survey proves that the retentions of clients are 18% stronger when we have a long relationship with our employees.

Many of us may check when we are hiring an employee that what is his/her previous experience & how long S/he works generally. Likewise, it’s also come to us when we talk about our relationship with our employees.

The most common question we have in our mind that When should we start Retaining our employees & answer is very simple that starts before the interview. Because choosing the right candidate will definitely increase the high chance of retention. How can find that during an interview?

– As Chetan sir always said people are great & extraordinary so give more value to everyone including freshers candidates.

– Prepare an environment where they feel comfortable & communicate with us without any pressure.

– Ask the right questions at the right time.

– Don’t ask questions in which they feel themself down & if this happens to change the topic & make them feel we are human & not necessary that we know everything.

– Always say thank you & end the interview with greetings where they feel very special.

By doing so the candidate will be more. open & frank with us & we can sense their original nature.
