  • Create goals for the whole year.
  • How much revenue you want to generate this year. 
  • Figure out how much will you generate from repeat clients and how much from the new clients. because sales is not just about repeat clients, but also a lot about new sales.
  • New sales should be at least 50% of your business, because new clients helps add to your growth.
  • Reverse plan the numbers from the year, to quarter, to month, to week and day wise. Focus on achieving daily sales number to automatically achieve yearly numbers.
  • Reward yourself with something whenever you achieve daily sales.
