Whatever you intend to do, God must be in front of you. Feel His presence while talking, eating, walking, sleeping, traveling. Involve Him in all your activities. So long as you keep your hands in His hands, you are safe from all miseries of the world. As soon as your hand slips, you are surrounded by all sorts of fears, worries, anxieties, uncertainties, pains, discomforts, failures, disappointments. So make Him your partner in everything you do. Keeping your hands in His hands means that you remain connected to him mentally. Gradually, as you nurture these feelings more and more, a stage will come when you will be so intensely connected with God.  This is a state of unimaginable joy and bliss
