Visualisations is a very strong method to achieve what you really want to be in your life. With the visualisation you are actually reprogramming your mind with certain information. There is a science behind visualisation. 

In our brain there is a system called “Reticular activating system”. This system is actually work like filtering information according to our belief system. Network of your brain called neurone, transmit the information according to the programming of this filter. So that’s why you become the person that you think all day long. 

Let’s see if you have a negative emotion like

– Nobody likes me 

– I cannot do certain things

– Nobody support me

– Things did not work for me

Then this reticular system will grab each and every possible piece of information that will confirm and support your believe. 

This is call Confirmation bias. Our brain love to hear the informations that we already know about or that we can relate about. This is how brain works. It only grab the informations that we love to hear about and  ignore all the other information. 

So to reprogram your mind you should start doing visualisation daily minimum from 30 seconds to 15 minutes continuously for 30 days (minimum).  

How to do visualisation

Write down all the goals one piece of paper and start doing visualisation about it. Close your eyes and

1). Visualise that you already achieve your goal and see yourself doing all the related activity of that particular goals. Like if you goal is to achieve certain income , visualise that you already have that money and you are talking about that with your friends and family. You are now spending the money on the things that you love. So you have already achieve it.

2). Now second step is, add real feeling with it. Like what it will feel when you see that particular balance in your bank account. How do you feel when you achieve your goal and start feeling that moment.

By doing visualisation with this two step method, you are reprogramming your mind and your filter to grab the related informations. 

Your brain don’t know what is real and what is not real for you. Science also prove that reprogramming your brain will help you to build the skills that you need to achieve that goal.
