Inside the bringing up a child, the mother remains hurried and worried outside but her context is very clear about her child’s growth. 

She gives freedom to play, she always cares for child’s safety and she mentors kid for life and she always represents things in the form of a story 

What I have learned from the mother is, how to lead the child

Observe: set scope of work for your team and give them the freedom to do mistakes & learn 

Care: care for their future, security and growth ensure that they follow the rules inside the design, create an open culture, use CCC methods, and apply rewards methods, be sure on policy implementation.

Mentor: like great mother show them vision and mission, Use stories as a launching pad, rather than the focus of the discussion.

Give constructive feedback that challenges rather than discourages.
