HOW TO BUILD STRONG DISCIPLINE

Discipline is the factor that makes us learn all the principles required to be successful in life. It means living your life with proper rules and system which will help you achieve your goals. You won’t be discipline unless you see, feel, or sense what the outcome is you are after. If you are not disciplined consistently, it’s because you don’t know what you want. So don’t beat yourself up that you are lazy. You just need to make a decision. discipline begins with the mastery of your thoughts. If you don’t control what you think, you can’t control what you do. To do the same thing every morning will be boring but when you work for it and push yourself every day you will see yourself successful.

Let us see the 4 steps of discipline:

  1. Know your outcome: We can’t be disciplined until we know what we’re going to achieve. Most individuals lack attention and discipline, but they lack clarity. If we know what we’re up to or what the aim is, we can keep working to achieve it, therefore the most crucial thing is to have an outcome or vision.
  2. Schedule: Discipline cannot exist in the absence of a schedule. As we plan and prepare for the day/week, and work appropriately, you will gain greater trust and confidence, and we will feel as though we are working toward a common goal.

3.Be delegate: We can’t do everything alone because we can’t manage everything by ourselves, so we delegate and complete our job as we scheduled because we can’t say yes to everything because if we want to be disciplined, we need to focus on few things and we don’t need to take too much pressure, so we delegate and focus on our output.

4.Rewards and Reflection: Reflection is a reward for remembering all we’ve done, all the sacrifices we’ve made, and how grateful we are. As we should praise and motivate ourselves for all of our minor victories in life, we should also practice meditation and prayer. This will make you reflect on how far you’ve come from where you started.

As we should implement all of this in our lives to know the goal, make plans, delegate your job so that you don’t overburden yourself, and reflect on yourself as it will drive you to be more disciplined as you achieve the goal and learn more.
