- We should rinse with water store in the vessel of copper overnight & drink 3-4 glass of warm water slowly.
- We can add lemon & honey in that warm water.

- Sleep well & focus on reducing stress.
- Do exercise or yoga every day for a better healthy life.
- Do fast weekly or bi-weekly.
- Avoid junk food.
Prevention is better & cheaper than cure.
