What can we do live a healthy life

  • Wake up before sunrises (as per Ayurveda)
  • We should rinse with water store in the vessel of copper overnight & drink 3-4 glass of warm water slowly.
  • We can add lemon & honey in that warm water.
  • Vitamin-C & D are most of the important to boosting immunity.
  • Sleep well & focus on reducing stress.
  • Do exercise or yoga every day for a better healthy life.
  • Do fast weekly or bi-weekly.
  • Avoid junk food.

Prevention is better & cheaper than cure.
