Gain Freedom of Time in Life

Do you want the freedom of time in your life?

Have you ever thought, why did you miss your freedom, and feel stressed always?

The answer is simple.

It is because you didn’t try to complete your work on time. Let us consider, you were assigned a task, and were given a couple of days to finish it.

But you assumed to finish it at the last moment and postponed working on it. This habit of delaying tasks is called procrastination.

Studies show that this habit leads to a stressful life. Your subconscious brain tends to keep thinking about the tasks until it is completed. This can cause serious troubles, and end up losing the balance of one’s life. That is how you lose your freedom of time.

Let us see how to tackle this habit. The solution is as simple as the issue.

Decode the success mantra to overcome procrastination as – ‘DDD’.

Step one- Decide what to DO.

Proper planning and decisions about your actions can help you get clarity on what are the things in your to-do list, and how much time would you require for each of them. So the first ‘D’ in the code stands for planning what to Do.

Step two -Deciding on things that you must not DO.

Consider all the time and effort spent on non-productive things every day. You have to say a big no to all these actions. Also, there will be many tasks which could be done smartly, instead of spending hours. So it is essential to decide on what no to Do.

Step three-  Deciding what you can DELEGATE.

Identify those tasks which you can entrust upon other people so that you don’t have to spend time on them. This will give you more quality time to take care of your tasks. It can also be a step towards your efforts in collaborating with like-minded people.

“Never postpone work to tomorrow because life never postpones death”.

We never know what comes in the future. Any unexpected events can happen, and we might not be able to finish our tasks as planned.

Make it a practice to talk to your inner self, and identify what all from the future can I complete now. Maybe, today you have a couple of hours extra because the day’s tasks are done.

In such a case, can’t you pick a task planned for tomorrow and start working on it immediately? You can, and you should! That is how you can make proper use of your time.

We must practice completing our tasks before time instead of completing them on time. We must plan and execute the DDD code to have the freedom of time. We need time and freedom to enjoy our life. And the secret to enjoying life is to avoid procrastination.

Let’s keep in mind the two below two lines,

It is easy but not simple, and it is simple but not easy,

To plan your work, and to work your plan!
