Freedom From Anxiety – Life Coach in Surat

Imaginary thinking creates Anxiety. And Anxiety can kill your sanity.

I am Chetan Patel, your life coach in Surat, Gujarat. I am here to help you gain relief from anxiety.

Remember, everything in our life is a recreation of our thoughts.

We create all the pictures in our mind out of the prevailing situation and live those past incidences as if it were real.

Nothing in this world is real, everything you see is imaginations.

A person or a thing will not affect your life in any way but its the perception of them in your mind that effects you.

When something happens with us we create a perception about those happening and form a story. If again the same thing reoccurs, then that perceptions becomes an agreement and yet again if the same thing reiterates the third time, then we make it becomes a reality in our mind. ( Have you watched the movie “Inception“?)

The very definition of inceptions is  “the establishment or starting point of intuition or activity.” See, it all your mind game.

Let’s understand how to calm your anxiety.

When you feel anxious, you might feel stuck and unsure of how to feel better. You might even do things that unwittingly fuel your anxiety. You might hyperfocus on the future, and get carried away by a slew of what-ifs. How do you reduce your anxiety right now?

What if I start to feel worse? Will they hate my presentation? What if she sees me sweating? Will I fail the exam? What if I don’t get the house?

All such negative thoughts cover your sanity. You might judge and bash yourself with anxiety.

Worry not! Being an established life coach in surat, I have crafted the perfect tools and techniques that you can use to manage anxiety.

  1. Take a deep breath. …
  2. Accept that you’re anxious. …
  3. Realize that your brain is playing tricks on you. …
  4. Question your thoughts. …(discussed later in this blog)
  5. Use a calming visualization. …
  6. Be an observer — without judgment. …
  7. Use positive self-talk. …
  8. Focus on right now.
  9. Focus on meaningful activities.

Remember nothing in this world is real except pain, feel and touch

Now if you are wondering what question am I talking about to ask yourself in the 4th step, then here’s the guide to it:

  • Is this worry realistic?
  • Is this really likely to happen?
  • If the worst possible outcome happens, what would be so bad about that?
  • Could I handle that?
  • What might I do?
  • If something bad happens, what might that mean about me?
  • Is this really true or does it just seem that way?
  • What might I do to prepare for whatever may happen?

Interrogate yet be compassionate to yourself. Accept the fact that you are dealing with anxiety and you want to help yourself.

Along with these steps, do not forget to love yourself.

If you wish to reach me out for help, I will be glad to meet you.  I am sure I can nurture the best possibilities out of you and help you become the best version of yourself.

Cheers

Chetan Patel
