For fitness one should focus on 70 % food habit and 30 % exercise 

We should eat like a king in the morning 

Like Prince in the noon 

And like labor in the evening 

One should eat before sunset (i.e maximum before 7 pm ) 

One should observe fast fortnightly to maintain metabolism cycle Ans rest of the body
