In the answers of the 9th and 10th verse of Chapter 8 in Shreemad Bhagavad Gita, Lord Shree Krishna explains the characteristics of God.
As a CEO, you are the God of your organization. so we can take these 7 characteristics of God and can try to live a life like that.

– The one who works with the company for a long time but instead of being tired he has always been the most Enthusiastic person in the company
– The one who rules the same for all without any Discrimination among the team
– Very down to earth with the whole organization and to all members of the team
– Who takes care of everyone and Nourishing the whole team and responsible for that
– Living with stunning skills and creative
– Brilliant and self-reliant, who is not dependent or always waiting for someone
– Who is always happy and positive, even in tough conditions
If as a CEO, we can live a life based on these characteristics, then our life will be truly meaningful.
