Sometimes we make efforts but we don’t get results instantly. This is where lots of leaders stop making efforts and they think their efforts are wasted.

But we need to remember that, we will get benefits from that in the future. As Shreemad Bhagavad Gita Says, Your Efforts never goes wasted.

So the important thing is to “Make continuous efforts”.

Another thing here is, results that we get will not be there forever. Someday that will be over if you are not making continuous efforts.
