These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of chetan patel.world (“us”, “we”, or “our”) coaching services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Coaching Services

  1. Our coaching services are intended for personal and professional development. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
  2. The coaching relationship is based on mutual trust and respect. We will maintain confidentiality regarding the information you share, except where required by law or ethical obligations.
  3. We make no guarantees about the outcomes of coaching sessions. Your success depends on your commitment and effort.

Payment and Refunds

  1. Payment for coaching services is due before the commencement of each session unless otherwise agreed upon.
  2. We reserve the right to change our coaching fees. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
  3. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be provided for sessions that have already occurred. Refunds for any Courses will be provided with in 14 days if some on is not satisfied if any has followed the exact process.

Intellectual Property

  1. All content and materials provided during coaching sessions are protected by copyright and are for your personal use only.
  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the coaching materials without our written consent.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a missed session fee.
  2. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will work with you to reschedule sessions whenever possible.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our coaching relationship if:

  1. You breach these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Your behavior is inappropriate or harmful.
  3. Our services are misused for any unlawful or unethical purpose.

Limitation of Liability

  1. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our coaching services.
  2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your actions or use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page  at the top of the terms will be revised.
