Why is a wheel alignment necessary in our vehicle? It’s important to ensure our safety, long life of tires, comfort while driving. Similarly, alignment is most important in a relationship. Alignment is one of the most important key factors to make a strong & trustworthy relationship. Every time we don’t need to agree with each other. But by being aligned we can understand the feelings & emotions of each other.

If we think about being aligned professionally, it’s important to have a team aligned with organizational goals, vision & mission. Those factors will help organizations to achieve their desired goal.

Wheels often become misaligned by hitting potholes, bumps, curbs, driving on uneven surfaces, and through general wear and tears. In relationships, misalignment happens because of a difficult choice & by ignoring vision, the mission of organization only for profit, politics & benefit of the individual

Creating an organizational structure is a more difficult responsibility for the leaders. Alignment is also related to the leader’s ability to inspire their team members. Motivate them to generate power to achieve the desired goals. Leaders must keep realigning the team by taking various actions like acknowledgment, appreciation, self-development, and reward system.
