It’s simple. Let me take an instance here. We all know how mothers nurture us. Mothers have a clear context of their child’s growth. She knows what her child needs. Even in her sleep, she is wide awake of her child’s safety and well-being. Her instincts are incredibly strong that can never go wrong about her child. She may give all the freedom her child wants to play, learn, and enjoy his/her life, but only under the watch of her eyes. Mothers are amazing storytellers. How beautifully they pull stories out of anything to make things interesting for their kids is something that amazes me.

Mothers are our first mentors who care and observe us unconditionally. Don’t you agree? What I have learned from my mother is, how to lead the child. We can learn the same from all mothers out there.

As a leader, it becomes crucial that you observe your team/followers. Understand them and their problems. A great observer will look through other thoughts and then put his/her. Observe your team thoroughly. Lead them by giving the rights to makes mistakes and learn from them. That’s how you encourage them to become better learners hence better performers.

Care: Leaders do not command, they take care of others.

Develop a behaviour in you who cares for the future, security and growth of the employees. Of course, a caring attitude can never go wrong as we humans love being cared. This could draw more employees to align with your vision. It will ensure that they follow the rules inside the design. Make sure to create an open culture. Be ready to use CCC methods and rewards methods.

MentorLike a great mother shows your team their vision and mission.

Lead them by helping them move forward in life. Show them the path that leads to prosperity. Innovate and motivate them. Use stories as a launching pad, rather than the pointless and vague of the discussions. Give constructive feedback that challenges rather than discourages.
