Based on 16 to 18 verse of Shreemad Bhagavat Gita, there is 4 kind of Devotee and they all are good.

1. Aart (the Sad one)

2. Jigyashu (Egar to Learn)

3. Atharthi (Money Conscious)

4. Gyani (Knowledgable)

So same way, in our business these can be the type of employees. And we should also treat the same.

1. Aart – If someone does a job because he needs it.

2. Jigyashu – The one who does not have sufficient knowledge but eager to learn

3. Atharthi – The one who does the job for money. (Because we also do business for money)

4. Gyani – The knowledgable one (Generally our TBL)
